BRINGING BABY HOME GOTTMAN WORKSHOP

A weekend that strengthens your relationship before baby—and supports you after.

Parenting shouldn’t create a rift between you and your partner. In this research-based workshop, you’ll learn practical tools to protect your friendship, communicate clearly, and co-parent as a true team—while also supporting your baby’s development.

Who This Is For

Expecting couples, new parents, or anyone considering parenthood with a child under age 3. First baby or fifth—if you want rituals of connection that last a lifetime, this is for you. Pre-crawling babies are welcome.

When should we take it?

You can take Bringing Baby Home before, during, or after pregnancy. Many couples prefer the second trimester—energy is higher and it’s easier to practice the tools before baby arrives.

About the Workshop

This early parenting and relationship workshop is designed for couples who are pregnant or parenting a child under age 3.

The Bringing Baby Home (Gottman) Class will help you and your partner feel more connected and less stressed as you move through the next stages of life. Think of it as a reset for your relationship—your spark will be rejuvenated.

Over the course of two full days, you and your partner will:

  • Build tools for a lasting friendship

  • Create equality in parenting

  • Strengthen problem-solving skills

This class is grounded in 40+ years of research from The Gottman Institute, making it one of the most trusted, evidence-based programs for couples preparing for life with a baby.

Learn Simple, Lasting Ways To:

  • Keep your relationship the priority (even when baby arrives)

  • Transform fights into connection

  • Set up your new family for healthy bonding long after the birth

  • Communicate with love and respect, especially when stressed
