Sample Itinerary 2 Full Days, 1-Night Stay

Day 1 — Saturday: Foundations of Connection (6 hours)

  • 8:30–9:00 am | Arrival & Light Breakfast Snacks

    • Check-in at workshop space (lodging check-in later in day).

    • Coffee/tea, pastries, fruit.

  • 9:00–12:00 pm | Morning Instruction (3 hours)

    • Overview of Bringing Baby Home program.

    • Transition to parenthood research.

    • Strengthening friendship & shared meaning.

    • Building love maps activity.

  • 12:00–1:00 pm | Catered Lunch (included)

  • 1:00–4:00 pm | Afternoon Instruction (3 hours)

    • Emotional communication tools.

    • Stress-reducing conversation exercise.

    • Rituals of connection activity.

  • 4:00–5:00 pm | Break / Hotel Check-in

  • 6:30– Evening | Dinner on your own. Explore local cuisine or enjoy a romantic evening with your partner!

  • Evening | Free Time

    • Relaxation, short connection exercise in room (provided in kit).

Day 2 — Sunday: Thriving After Baby (6 hours)

  • 8:00–9:00 am | Breakfast at Hotel (included)

  • 9:00–12:00 pm | Morning Instruction (3 hours)

    • Managing conflict constructively.

    • Soothing yourself & each other.

    • Repairing after conflict activity.

  • 12:00–1:00 pm | Snack/Lunch Break (included)

  • 1:00–4:00 pm | Afternoon Instruction (3 hours)

    • Intimacy & affection after baby.

    • Creating a shared family culture.

    • Closing reflections & couple’s ritual.

  • 4:00–4:30 pm | Closing Ceremony

    • Certificate presentation.

    • Couples set intentions.

  • 4:30 pm | Departure

    • Hotel checkout by 5:00 pm.
